We aim to repair every vehicle breakdown we attend at the roadside. Providing local recovery for commercial vans, trucks and artics from anywhere across the UK, CMG respond from a 24-hour control centre at our headquarters, where a sophisticated computer system ensures a rapid response to any call for assistance. Real-time tracking means that you and your drivers can receive accurate updates on the location and ETA of assistance vehicles, whilst in-cab satellite navigation equipment helps our technicians to reach your vehicle as quickly as possible.
Our roadside assistance vehicles are equipped with a wide variety of spares and tools to resolve most breakdowns they attend at the roadside. A further comprehensive range of replacement parts are also available either at base or locally sourced. Additionally, non-stock items are available from contracted suppliers and can be sourced and delivered any time of the day or night.
Approximately 85% of all vehicle faults can be rectified where they occurred, but in the event that the vehicle cannot be repaired instantly, CMG will recover it to your choice of destination. In the case of coaches and PSVs, passenger continuation can be arranged if required. For hauliers, CMG offers load transhipment or replacement units and / or trailers as appropriate, to avoid any unnecessary delay in the transportation of goods.
